That girl? Uh, Karen. I see him with her, and she's my next-door neighbor. At least he's not a loud dog.

Karen. [She repeats. What are the odds.... except actually quite good since that's Frank's dog. The way Karen went on about him that night made it clear she felt a strong connection to that man. Maybe it worked both ways.] Blond hair? Blue eyes? Strong opinions?
